Returns/Exchanges

You can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the day of receipt if the hair has not been worn, damaged or remove from the original package. Each hair extensions package comes with a seal, once the seal is broken, you can not return your hair. Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygiene product by law, that’s why we do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.

Shipping and Delivery

• Gricelda’s Hair does not ship to P.O Boxes.
• All orders will be ship within 24 to 48 hours.
• We do not ship weekends and following holidays: Martin Luther King, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Christmas day & Eve or New Years Day
• All our shipment includes tracking # with delivery information.
• If you provide incorrect shipping address, your order could be delay or not receive it all
• Gricelda’s hair is not responsible for lost or stolen items, if the order is deliver to the specific address and release by deliver driver, it is consider delivery and our obligation cease.
